Since yesterday, I have noticed the fares have changed. Jobs for which I normally would receive £7/£8 for are now no more than £5.
I did one just so that I could view the waybill, calculate the fare myself and complain. To my surprise, they have started to hide the waybill. Also, it is now impossible to know how much Base fare, price per mile and price per minute we receive. I have attempted to ask them but they keep avoiding my question with unnecessary automated replies about 'smart pricing.'

Surely they are not allowed to this this?  This is one of the most hideous tactic to rip off drivers I have seen from them.  This is purposely done so that one one can calculate anything themselves and complain.
(Please do not accept anything less that £2 per mile and make sure you accurately calculate each job.)
Also, does anyone know the exact current Base fare, Price per mile and price per minute for London. (Or have old screenshots of a waybill from the past few weeks)

For me it’s no so much the price that has changed, still gettin ok offers just getting a offer every half hour instead of every 5-10min.
