It depends which pay system you are on if it’s work and pay like us then as long as you clocked in and out it will show up as an exception and whoever does your pay roll will have to confirm it as actual not scheduled. If you didn’t clock in and out then then it will need to be done as an additional payment which will only show on weekly payroll reports and you payslip

Your line manager is the person you need to ho yo for this. Write a note to them with the dates and times you worked and ask them to check the exceptions to see if the times have been accepted as overtime. Did you choose the overtime on the app? If you did it should have registered as overtime straight away. If you were asked to do it and didn't accept it on the app your manager, or the manager you did the overtime for should have checked it off.

This is what happens when they get rid of wage clerks! Really sorry for the colleagues that don’t get paid correctly anymore.

Your manager/team leader can print out an exceptions report which will show you if the overtime has been correctly logged. If it hasn’t then they owe you money if the overtime was done within the current cut off period.
